Chef carved to order ham, chef carved to order roast beef, assorted breads and condiments, meat balls, cheese display with assorted crackers, chicken tenders with honey mustard dipping sauce, fresh fruit display with chocolate fondue and whipped cream, salad of choice, vegetable display with choice of dips, finger sandwiches with choice of fillings: chicken salad, pineapple cream cheese, pimento cheese, and cucumber dill, triple sweet tray, nuts and mints, your choice of punch served in fountain: pineapple orange punch, black cherry punch, cranberry pineapple punch, or mock champagne.

Meat balls, chicken salad puffs, ham & cheese croissants, pasta salad, cheese display with assorted crackers, fresh fruit display with chocolate fondue and whipped cream, triple sweet tray, nuts and mints, your choice of punch served in fountain: pineapple orange punch, black cherry punch, cranberry pineapple punch, or mock champagne.

Ham & cheese croissants, chicken tenders with honey mustard dipping sauce, cheese display with assorted crackers, fresh fruit display with chocolate fondue and whipped cream, vegetable display with choice of dips, nuts and mints, your choice of punch served in fountain: pineapple orange punch, black cherry punch, cranberry pineapple punch, or mock champagne.

Menu 4:

Chicken tenders with honey mustard dipping sauce, ham & cheese croissants, vegetable display with choice of dips, cheese display with assorted crackers, nuts and mints, your choice of punch served in fountain: pineapple orange punch, black cherry punch, cranberry pineapple punch, or mock champagne.

Information On These Menus :

- Minimum of 100 people.

- We can mix and match these menus to fit any budget.

- Table cloths, skirting, serving ware, mirrors, disposable dinnerware included in price.

- $ 4.00 per person will be added to the original price for glassware, china, and linen napkins.

- Extra table cloths for guest seating are available at $ 10.00 per table.

- $ 150.00 deposit is required to book the date of the event.

- A guaranteed number of guests is required at least 2 weeks before the event.

- A charge will be made for additional guests beyond the estimated number given.

- Gratuity is not required, but is greatly appreciated.

- Balance due no later than 2 weeks before an event; if balance is not paid by that date it will be considered a cancellation without refund.
